Order fulfillment is the process of receiving goods, then processing and delivering orders to customers. The process starts with a customer placing an order and ends once they receive it. However, if the buyer wants to return a product, order fulfillment manages the return transaction as well.

Auto OMS

Auto OMS stands for Automation of Order Management System.

Auto OMS is a Software as a Service Application which consists the following modules:

First Module: Customer Orders

  1. Receive Customer orders and create them in the system
  2. Check if the customer is existing customer or new customer
  3. Review the customer order and the goods to be delivered
  4. Check the inventory
  5. If the goods are available, send the customer the invoice for approval
  6. If the customer approves the invoice, ship the goods to customer
  7. If the customer is new customer (setup the payment plan for new customer)

Second Module: Inventory Management

  1. Track the inventory
  2. Raise alerts if the goods are out of stock
  3. Send an email alert if the goods are out of stock to concerned distributor or supplier

Third Module: Suppliers/Distributors Management

  1. Manage Suppliers and Distributors
  2. Create Suppliers and Distributors in the system
  3. Maintain the products or goods they supply
  4. Maintain the supplier and distributor product(goods) catalogs

Fourth Module: Shipment

  1. Packaging and Shipping of goods to customer location

Fifth Module: Billing and Accounting Module:

  1. Invoice creation for customer orders
  2. Track Invoices and Payments
  3. Update General Ledger Books
