Pega Operational Support and System Architect
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) with hands on experience developing solution in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) using Pega 8 platform
• Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong Decisioning expertise and ownership of technical solutions.
• Experience with supporting CDH and triaging issues (solid experience researching issues using PDC, Tracer, and other debugging tools). Participate in high priority calls to address issues.
• Responsible for providing operational and production support and coordinates between teams to ensure quality standards of Pega implementations, reliability of environment and performance of system
• Develop custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements, including architecting, and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks
• Work with Business and technical teams to gather requirements, craft user stories and enter in ADO, write test cases, and document solutions
